Hailed by French critics as possessing "une voix ronde et agile, un visage mobile et expressif, une plastique enviable et un aplomb scénique irréprochable" (for her interpretation of Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro), Carolina graduated in Piano and in Singing at  "G.B.  Martini" Conservatory in Bologna. During the seasons 2016/2018 she went to join the Young Artist Programme at Theater an der Wien. She has won the Semperoper Dresden Debut Prize at the Stella Maris International Vocal Competition (2018).

Carolina's recent and future engagements include performances with "Pergolesi-Spontini" Festival (Lisetta in
Le metamorfosi di Pasquale by Spontini - first performance in modern times), Teatro Regio of Torino (Adina in L'elisir d'amore), Theater an der Wien (Elias by Mendelssohn-Bartholdy), Teatro Sociale of Rovigo (Adelaide in Adelaide di Borgogna), Nevill Holt Opera (Despina in Così fan tutte), Semperoper Dresden (Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro), Grange Festival (Despina in Così fan tutte, Clorinda in La Cenerentola).

Carolina emerged into international scenes singing in Theater an der Wien
Saul (Merab) by Händel in a Claus Guth new production conducted by Laurence Cummings; The Fairy Queen by Purcell in Mariame Clément's new production under the baton of Christophe Rousset; Der Besuch der alten Dame by Gottfried von Einem in Keith Warner's production under the baton of Michael Boder; Arianna in Nasso by Porpora in Sergej Morozov production conducted by Markellos Chryssicos; Don Pasquale in Marcos Darbyshire production under the baton of Tscho Theissing; she sang Despina in Così fan tutte in Valentin Schwarz production conducted by Stefan Vladar; La scuola de' gelosi by Antonio Salieri in Jean Renshaw's new production under the baton of Stefan Gottfried; Oreste by G. F. Händel in Kay Link's new production conducted by Rubén Dubrovsky. She was Merab in Saul by G. F. Händel in Barrie Kosky's production at Glyndebourne Festival Opera conducted by Laurence Cummings.
